Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of GlucoSee: the website at glucosee.app, the Android app, and the accounts and sharing that come with them. By using GlucoSee you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
GlucoSee is not a medical device. It shows readings it gets from Dexcom, and those can be late, missing or wrong. Never use GlucoSee to make treatment decisions, such as dosing insulin or treating a low. Use your Dexcom app or receiver, and a fingerstick when in doubt, and follow your healthcare provider's advice. GlucoSee doesn't replace Dexcom's alerts.
What GlucoSee does
GlucoSee shows continuous glucose monitor readings from your Dexcom Share account, along with any data you import, as graphs and statistics. It can sync them between your devices and share them with people you choose. GlucoSee isn't made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Dexcom. Dexcom and Dexcom Share are trademarks of Dexcom, Inc.
Your account
- Give a real email address you can access, and keep your sign-in codes and password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only connect a Dexcom account you own or are allowed to use, such as your own or your child's.
- You must be 13 or older to create an account yourself. A parent or guardian can create one for a younger child.
Sharing
When you share with someone, they can see your readings, carbs and insulin until you stop sharing. Only share with people you trust. Data shared with you is for your personal use, to support the person who shared it.
Acceptable use
Don't use GlucoSee to:
- access accounts or data that aren't yours, or that weren't shared with you;
- interfere with, overload or try to break GlucoSee or the services it relies on;
- copy, resell or build a competing service from GlucoSee;
- break the law or Dexcom's terms.
Your data
Your readings and other data stay yours. You let GlucoSee store and process them only to provide the service to you and the people you share with. The Privacy Policy explains what's collected and how to delete it.
Availability and changes
GlucoSee is provided free of charge and may change, have outages, or stop working, for example if Dexcom changes or blocks its Share service. Features may be added or removed. If GlucoSee shuts down, you'll be given reasonable notice where possible.
No warranty
GlucoSee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GlucoSee and the people who make it aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any harm resulting from relying on readings, alerts or statistics shown in GlucoSee, missing or delayed data, or data loss. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using GlucoSee and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or closed.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. If you keep using GlucoSee after that, you accept the new terms.
